registrationNew Patient Registration

If you reside outside of the EU countries you must have a 2 years minimum visa & bring passport + 2 forms of identification showing current address.

If you reside within the EU countries you must provide passport + 2 forms of identification showing current address.

If you have a medical card please also bring this in with you.

Reception staff will arrange an appointment for a full health check.

We practice a strict confidentiality code regarding patient records and do not disclose information to other agencies without written consent of patient.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.
